- Founded in Tokyo. Started selling electronics parts and manufacturing measuring devices.
- 1976
- Developed the ultrasonic power unit (SX-200) for IC Auto Wire Bonding.
- 1977
- Started manufacturing the linear IC testing system.
- 1982
- Announced the new linear IC testing system (SX-1000) and programmable power unit.
- 1984
- Completed Hatoyama Plant.
- 1986
- Announced the linear IC testing system (SX-1010/1100).
- 1988
- Developed the compact-typed linear IC tester (SX-1300).
- 1989
- Developed the harness checker (SX-740/740D).
- 1990
- Developed the power consumption measuring power unit (SX-350).
Opened Fukuoka Office.
- 1994
- Developed the harness tester (SX-750/750D)/ wiring system (SX-1750).
- 1997
- Developed the linear IC testing system (SX-2100 series).
Moved the head office to Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture.
- 1999
- Developed the withstand harness tester (SX-1400).
Received investment from the Saitama Prefecture Creative Business
Encouragement Foundation.

- Completed Product Engineering Center in Tokorozawa City.
Obtained ISO14001 certification.
